Founded by Lance Plunkett a former professional athlete who transitioned into a business career following his sports journey, which spanned football in the UK, Asia, and Australia.
Team
He previously served as the digital ambassador for Guernsey, and is now deeply engrossed and passionate about the start-up world.
Lance's background includes founding several businesses and he advises other start-ups and investors.
Lance’s true talent is to take problems everyone can see and work out an innovative, commercially viable way to solve them. He understands the nuances that make a solution work in the real world.
Lance still has a passion for all sports and is involved heavily in padel (representing his country in over 40 International events). He enjoys helping others, travelling and advocating for animal welfare.
His multifaceted interests and dedication to innovation and excellence drive FGV forward.
